Hello BiggerPockets,  

My name is Annabelle and I live just north of Toronto.  I currently have one single family home rented out.

As I the Toronto market is going insane, I am looking further away for investment opportunities. Windsor and Hamilton piqued my interest and I want to explore more the market there.
