Hello everyone, my name is Ricketts Buckhalter. I am BRAND NEW to the Real Estate Investing world and I have no clue what I am doing. I am interested in learning everything there is to know about real estate investing, wholesaling comma flipping, rehabbing and so on. I am not how to build a team, and how to find properties that are worth me getting started with. I am not a cash buyer, nor am I advanced to the point where I can invest in a lot of houses, but I would like to know where to get started, I am already involved with Fortune Builders currently.Just would like to begin building relationships and surrounding myself with those who can encourage and help educate me and guide me the right direction.

@Ricketa Buckhalter Have you also read the free BP e-book: The ultimate guide to real estate investing? I started reading it last night and have found it to be very helpful already.
