Hello all,

Twenty-five year old new investor beginning in real estate. Would love to get involved with anyone in the area to work or apprentice. 

I'm originally from Florida, and spent 7 years as an EMT in an Ocean Rescue department. Last summer I moved to the Nashville/Franklin area to continue working in the music industry. Really excited to have this resource available.

Right what he said or get a direct mail/ marketing campaign going or possibly link up with a bird dog from the REIN group in nashville but it's definitely a networking thing being able to make a offer and close really fast is a plus takes a little work but nashville is crazy competition with little inventory so when you do find a property and purchase it will be a diamond to you and the profits are awesome but try and partner with ppl who are seasoned investors who will help you find your way! I've had some success and always here to help if I can I have a good realtor and private Money friend but like everything you must be educated on what your doing and the market area you're trying to target
