@Jamie Parker - At this time I'm leaning toward a niche in residential investing such as Auctions or FSBO's. Navigating the courthouse information seems very interesting to me, but would also be open to other learning opportunities as I am just starting out.

Hello all,

Twenty-five year old new investor beginning in real estate. Would love to get involved with anyone in the area to work or apprentice. 

I'm originally from Florida, and spent 7 years as an EMT in an Ocean Rescue department. Last summer I moved to the Nashville/Franklin area to continue working in the music industry. Really excited to have this resource available.
