New Investor in the Boston Area

Hi,

This is my first post on Biggerpockets!  I am here to learn, teach, and hopefully make some money for myself and my colleagues in the BP community.  Send me an invite to connect if you feel we might be able to work together!

A little about myself... I am a 26 year old engineer and part-time real estate investor based in the Boston area. My current focus is buy and hold residential rental property, but I am actively researching other RE strategies such as flipping and wholesaling that could enable me to achieve my goals more rapidly.

I am just at the beginning of my real estate journey; I bought my first multifamily property last year! However, I have aspirations for many, many more deals and look forward to eventually investing full time.

I am currently looking to learn as much as I can about real estate investing; find opportunities to raise money for more deals; and network with buyers, sellers, and lenders.  Of course, I am also here to help my colleagues in any way I can!  Let me know how I can assist you and your team.

Cheers,

-Mike
