Hi, I'm a new member. I watched so many great videos here. It's wonderful to be a part of this community where everyone just come together to help each other. I want to start with wholesaling. I thought I didn't need any money to start with, but I've been reading that some of the members are giving some type of money to the seller but why? I am so truly happy to be here. I can't wait to put a house under contract and get a buyer for it. The plan is to get enough money to start flipping!!!
