Hi, I am starting business this Friday with wholesaling. Could you give any advice that comes to mind in terms of wholesaling?

Thank you BP family.

Omg with the darn judgements...some sellers just want to get rid of the properties. Sometimes it's a burden to them. This is business. It is a service to help someone with their end goal wich is to sell the property. I'm not saying to be an *** but we are here to buy as they are here to sell and no seller is forced to sign the dotted lines.
