Hi guys-
My name is Ally, 27 years old from Brooklyn NY. I graduated from college in 2014 with BA in Economics, did consulting jobs for banks for 2 years plus my previous internships (total 4 years experience). Recently, my consulting contract ended and decided to take sometime off. On my time off, I was contemplating on finding my niche and do something that will make me happy for the rest of my life. I went and took my RE license (RE has always been a passion of mine), I applied for a job and last week I started working as an agent for RE broker in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
I did this because I thought, this is a good way to transition my self into RE and learning the stuff while targeting for my future goal- which is to go into investing, specifically fix and flip.
My question is, am I on the right track? What can I do more to reach my goal? And what's the best way to network with like minded individuals in NYC. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you in advance.
Ally
