Hello everyone! My name is Shawn Bell, I'm originally from Smackover, Arkansas.... Yes you read it right SMACKOVER  lol! I moved to Atlanta to start my career in Real Estate. I started off by self educating myself about where to start. Now I know the first place I would love to start would be wholesaling. The only problem is I'm new to the area and I'm having trouble finding a mentor. What would you all suggest I do next? I was thinking network. Which is why I'm here.
