Has anyone ever made a contract to work with a contractor? Like the contractor finds the cash buyer.

Hey!! So I learned by being on here that maybe I should get a mentor. Okay, with that being said should I find properties first for the mentor or get a mentor first then the properties? I have a plan of action for everyday. I'm just having problem starting off in wholesaling.

Hello everyone! My name is Shawn Bell, I'm originally from Smackover, Arkansas.... Yes you read it right SMACKOVER  lol! I moved to Atlanta to start my career in Real Estate. I started off by self educating myself about where to start. Now I know the first place I would love to start would be wholesaling.
