Newbie from Chicago IL

Hello All,

My name is Donna and I'm a newbie from Chicago, IL new to RE investing. I have a background as a mortgage L.O. and was greatly affected by the housing crisis. I'm currently preparing to sit for the Illinois RE exam.  I'd like to do note flipping deals and learn the ins and outs of investing. But I'm most interested in commercial real estate and identifying cash flow through cost segregation and as a property manager. I'm looking for mentors/partners and colleagues to share and collaborate with.
