I'M NEW TO ALL OF THIS!

Hey friends. I'm brand new to the industry. I have a new interest and passion for this market. I eventually want to buy and flip houses but I'm currently low on funds but have a goal that I know I will reach by the end of the year. I lack knowledge and experience but who said a little sanctified naivete is a bad thing. Okay it's probably not great but any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Things to know about me: I have a full time job doing sales for Lexington Law and I'm currently being mentored by my uncle who owns 30 properties in the Oklahoma City area. He just started to buy and flip and has been successful on a few properties. I understand I'm not going to be where I want to be over night or even understand the ins and outs of this market in a few months but would love to hear some of your success stories or even any helpful tips would be nice. Feel free to follow me If you'd like. Thanks again.
