Actuary Seeking Rental Properties
I live in East Cobb Marietta, in the Atlanta area. I want to find a way to invest that produces positive cash flow and protects against inflation. The best option so far seems to be to buy good rental properties, but positive cash flow deals seem to be hard to find these days.
