My partner Ken and I are working hard on getting some wholesale deals done here in our area. We have a great website to attract motivated buyers and sellers, and so far it's pulled in some leads. If you want to check it out, it's [REMOVED] We were recently contacted by an investor in Kansas who had some apartments to sell, and we are pretty sure we found a buyer for those. All the way in Kansas!! Virtual investing at it's best.

One of the things we want to do is set up systems. We want to hire out many of the jobs we do ourselves so we can get more leads, have them filtered into our realeflow account and then sift through them. Hanging bandit signs and posting on Craigslist is better left to assistants!! We're going to be getting an answering service soon as well, because I just don't feel comfortable talking to sellers in the middle of the supermarket!! LOL!! :roll:
