New investor from Indiana

Hello,

My name is Kevin. I work for a real estate developer in Northwest Indiana. I am new to investing and am looking to get into rental properties and maybe some potential flips as well. I have been doing a lot of research on both topics for the past year. I attended a couple seminars since then. 

I really want to to use biggerpockets to network and further my education. I am very anxious to get started but know its a long journey. I look forward to networking with some of my NWI Indiana people and others as well.
