Hi my name is Sandra, thanks for having me here. Thanks for having such professional and great community to learn from the best to succeed in the real estate. The reason I want to succeed is to show people like me (first generation immigrant, sandwich generation who takes care of parents and own family, middle class w2 American struggling to thrive) that the dream of financial freedom is not out of reach. That's why I'm here to learn the most I can, then I'll pick what fits me the most, then I'll act toward it.

Not only is the American dream of finding financial freedom through hard work and dedication possible, it's something I find alive and well in most immigrants I meet.  People work a lot harder when everything is not handed to them, and it shows through as I see my immigrant friends getting higher education, opening businesses, saving money and creating opportunities for their own families.
