Hello world!

It has been a while since I posted here so here goes..

I'm Davonte and I'm an Atlanta native. I have been wholesaling since 2013 and am now pursuing rehabbing. I have met some of the most wonderful people in real estate investing and seek to meet more throughout my career. I would love to meet more landlords as I have found us to be very  beneficial to each others business. I can provide turn key properties that only need a tenant to be cash flowing monthly.
