Hello , my name is WISAM I'm real estate agent in San Diego CA , I just join BP few hours ago , I would love to learn and grow every minute , I have few questions about real estate and I will start with first one: Q/ How you get many clients in a short time ( if you work part time as realtor ) ?

@Aaron Arce It's still basically thorough referral.  I'm in pretty much every local group there is - community groups, networking groups, mom's groups, etc. I have a lot of past clients who are also in these groups, so when someone asks for an agent recommendation, I get tagged a lot.  Also, just like with Bigger Pockets, I'm in those groups answering questions and trying to provide some value, which gives me some name recognition. I do very little paid ads
