Hello BP members,

I have been part of the site for a few months mainly reading the forums and listening to the podcasts but, just today I decided to say hello 😁. I have been trying to educate myself about real estate investing and building wealth by reading books and listening to the podcasts while I wait in traffic 😉. I recently sold my condo located in Long Beach, CA. That was my first investment which I really got with the intention of keeping as a rental property on the long run. After a few years of living there my family grew and I lost interest in the property while dealing with the HOA. The property is currently on escrow and I am expecting to get some cash out to hopefully invest maybe on single family or a small multifamily.
