Hi @Christina Rogers

I am not yet in Atlanta I plan to be there  the beggining of February. I have been looking in those areas you and other mentioned ( grant park , inman park, etc.) the areas seem expensive I was hoping to save a little since I am coming from OC and its super expensive here also LOL. Seems that everyone is terrified of the traffic I am also specially since right know I spend 3 hrs a day in it here in CA. I may have to just get put there pay a little more in the begging until I get to know the areas so I can feel safe in the meantime. I will be going there with family ( husband and baby) that is also a reason why I do not wan to be far or get into absurd traffic. Definitely appreciate your feedback and if you think of any other areas that could be good let me know. I am used to living in urban areas so anything to rural will probably not work for me in the beggining. Thanks again

Thanks @John Ford I am definitely looking for a rental right now since I am in a hurry but I will take some time to explore those neighborhoods you suggested also once I get there. Its difficult to decide when I am so far away. Appreciate your feed back.

@Joel Owens@Kiet N.

Very good information. many people have advised me about college park that is why I was not sure. I was definitely going to rent for a while to explore the areas. I am currently talking 3 hour traffic round trip out here in LA and its horrible. Thanks for your feedback. There are mixed opinions so I will have to  research more for sure.

Perfect! Looks like I am on the right track. I have been looking at Vinnings because I liked that I had access to several freeways to get to college park. I will look up your other suggestions also. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello Everyone,

Looking for some advice. I currently live in Orange County, Ca but I will be moving to Atlanta at the end of January. I work full time so my new office will be located in College Park. I would have to rent initially since I do not know any areas there but I wanted to get some recommendations on which cities are good to buy a single family home for myself. I would also like to ve able to rent the house if I need to move somewhere else in the future. Do you guys have any recommendations? I would like to avoid as much traffic as possible also.

Thanks and Happy Holidays to all!

Hello Everyone,

I am a new investor from Los Angeles, CA looking to move to the Ft. Worth area in the next year. I recently sold my condo here and I gained some equity which I plan to invest in one or hopefully at least two properties out there. I wanted to get some feedback from anyone that lives or invests in Keller, Watauga, North Richland Hills and Roanoke area. It looks to me that these cities have good possibilities maybe not much cashflow but I may be wrong. I am currently looking for 3/2 for rental purposes since I am not sure when exactly I would be able to move and I do not want to wait long to invest. I would like to get cash flow but looking at the prices I would be ok if its not too much for now. It seems that Watauga and North Richland Hills are cheaper than Keller it might be the school district but that is why I need some feedback :-) Any suggestions, on locations near those cities would be great. Also, if I move there and you have any suggestions on cities that are good to own a personal home it would be appreciated.

Thanks to all in advance.
