Hello I'm 19 and currently finishing my freshman year at college. My name is Ryan and I have recently become increasingly interested in Real Estate Investing. I am currently majoring in Finance and am planning on beginning REI as soon as I graduate (possibly before if everything permits it). I plan on doing as much research and homework for the next 2-3 years as possible so that I am well prepared for my first deal.
