This is my first post and very new to Real estate investing. I have a full time job and own a house with happy family of 2 plus 2(kids). Honestly my goal at first is to own at least 2 rental properties preferably town homes it might one day be a good backup when the kids grow in next 20 yrs or so. Not sure if I am thinking right. But have to start somewhere. Here I come. Hope I could get some sense from so many sensible people out there. Thank you ! so much !!
