Finally introducing myself from Northern CA
Hello BP Community! I have been a BP Member for a while and have reached out to some of you; however, I have this is my first post.....
I am located in Northern CA (Sacramento area). I have been in Commercial Real Estate Lending Industry for about 30 years, and like so many others, was greatly affected by the Banking Industry Fallout and have been reinventing my self on the Brokerage side of the industry. Prior to this change, I was a CRE Loan Officer providing nationwide loans, so I have contacts all over the US.
It has been quite a transition and I have worked very hard to gain the trust of whoever I work with, whether it be on the lending side, purchase and sales, leasing, etc. I have emerged through the hurdles and bumps along the way, and continue to push forward in my pursuit of working with quality individuals, such as the ones I have been lucky enough to find on BP. I have read many, many quality and experienced posts here on BP and am enjoying the variety of topics, and learning new things.
My goals are to establish quality connections and build trusted relationships with real estate investors who have properties available for purchase, or need investment properties "off market" (which is where I feel I add value), or who require financing on their projects, which I absolutely loved doing when I was a CRE Loan Officer.
My background and strongest interest is in Commercial Real Estate; however, I also have expanded into single family portfolios, and individual properties. The diversity of CRE Lending was exciting because I was always learning something new with every loan transaction I worked on.
I look forward to meeting you.
Thank you BP for inviting me to join this community. It is truly a quality, professional site that I have enjoyed and benefited from.
Side note: I try so very hard to keep it short and I guess I have to accept that I am just not able to do that. HA!
