My apologies.  I was not necessarily peddling properties; however, trying to determine if there is any kind of demand for this type Real Estate Investment and hoping to gain knowledge about these type investments.  I have carefully read through posts in various forums and quite often have seen similar inquiries .  I did not realize it would get such a reaction, based on the examples of other forum posts I have seen.
