Hi everyone our names are Amanda & Joe we are newbies to real estate investing.  We have been interested in the Real Estate market for a few yeas.  We are currently in contract to purchase our first two family home and are nervous and excited all in one.  We have had a hard time with this purchase. We had to get new mortgage brokers, agents and new lawyers.  We are still working on building our team.  We just received the title search today and it was very confusing.  I think we will have to get a second report just for our due diligence. But we are excited to keep moving forward.  We both listen to the bigger pockets podcast and love all the tips and tricks.
