Good evening. I usually invest in the Poughkeepsie market but am now looking for new places to invest. I currently have an offer in on a city owned property but they can take long to close and don’t want to rely just on the city. If there are any wholesalers in the Schenectady / Troy markets reach out and hopefully we can do business together I already have a contractor, property management and financing in place.

Thank you to @Kerry Baird I ended up getting the Heloc thru TD bank. 

My husband and I currently have 1 LLC that we use to hold our properties under. We are looking into restructuring for better asset protection (possibly 1 llc per property and 1 main llc to run it all). We are unsure of how to form the new LLC. Our CPA advised to create an LLC for each and our Lawyer describes an umbrella of LLC (1 main and the others flow into it). What would be the best way to structure it? Any CPA in NY we can talk to? Thanks in Advance!

Yes Heloc is what I meant lol. Thanx for the info guys I will try them and hopefully one of them will do it. 

I have a 4 family investment property that I currently owe 169k on and the market value is currently around 325k. I have been looking for a bank to give me an elock on the property but have only found banks that will give me a loan but not the elock. I would prefer the elock over the loan can anyone refer a bank that will give an elock on investment properties. Thanx.

We are looking into expanding our portfolio. We currently have been looking into Port Jervis, NY. Can anyone offer any information on the area? The infrastructure of the town? What is the job market there? Is it investor friendly? We see the town is small and has a small town feel to it.
