Hello, I'm interested in some mentors to help me with this new endeavor. I have no prior experience with Real Estate Investment and currently going through a Construction Management Program along with a Carpentry certification just to gain more knowledgeable in the construction industry. I am interested in Single and Multi-family residential property, flipping and buy and hold properties.
