@Caleb Heimsoth

Thank you Caleb, I’ve already reached out to the Attorney General in Indiana and my Congressman in Texas about this issue. I will follow up with Colin as well.

@Matt K. embarrassment is an understatement, I don’t know how I could’ve let this happen! We live and we learn!

@Matt K. thanks I realize that now, thank you for rubbing it in my face. You're bigger person than me!

@Matt K.

I've been following Morris Invest for over a year and I really felt like I trusted them. I'm definitely a new investor, but I never thought once I should question their reputation.

Unfortunately I'm a victim too!

I'm just trying to find others that were scammed too in this Morris Invest New Home purchase ordeal in Indianapolis!

I was recently notified about the scam with Morris Invest in Indianapolis and I'm completely shocked. I was originally supposed to purchase two new homes, but had to back out of one. Nonetheless, apparently my $68,500 that I purchased for that new build was stolen. What makes me more upset is I didn't realize that the transaction was done with Oceanpointe Investments. I was under the impression I was purchasing a property through Morris Invest and they owned the Construction company. By chance would any have information regarding this ordeal? I was never sent my deed, so I don't even have tangible proof I own the land. I'm angry, embarrassed and shocked that I never saw this coming!!!

Thank you!

I have a rental property in Indianapolis and I’m looking for a bank in Indiana (or in another state If allowable) that offers a line of credit under an LLC? I have found a bank that allows you to purchase rental property under your own name, but keeping the rental property under your name doesn’t provide any asset protection!
