New member from Eau Claire Wisconsin

Hello everyone!

My name is Nic, and I currently live in Eau Claire Wisconsin, but am originally from the Waukesha area.  

I am looking better my knowledge of investing in property, as well as take the first steps in becoming an investment property owner.  My dream is to someday become financially free, and escape the rat race I am sure all of you are aware so many are trapped in.  I want to use investing as a means to be able to spend more time with my future family than an office chair and a computer screen while making someone else's dream come true rather than my own.  

I hope to see many of you around the site, and appreciate the wealth of knowledge that I hope to absorb here.

Welcome @Nic Badertscher! I am originally from Eau Claire but now invest in the Milwaukee area. I still make trips back up regularly. What strategy are you thinking of pursuing?
