Hi all!

New member here from Round Rock, TX. I have very little experience with real estate, other than I just purchased my first house earlier this year. I really enjoy learning about investing and am currently heavily invested in the stock market, but looking to diversify with some rental properties. I will be purchasing something later this year, and really looking forward to the wealth of knowledge that this community seems to offer!
