Hey @Uri Frodis!

I joined the J&G community at the end of 2018 and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made in my personal/professional life.

While education and information are plentiful in today's age, that doesn't mean it's in a format that best serves you. Having a coach and mentor, as well as a community of like-minded, active multifamily investors, helped tremendously to flatten the learning curve.

With any of these programs, I feel like the leadership and community are key aspects. Jake, Gino, Josh, Dillon, and their entire team are some of the most genuine people I've ever encountered. They truly care about your success, and that mindset is mirrored throughout the community.

From starting with J&G in 2018, I've been able to grow from duplexes and SFR's to over 200 units in my backyard, Austin, without syndication. We're currently closing on another 72 units, which will be our first syndication.

Happy to hop on a call and discuss my experience in-depth!

We hope your 2020 is starting strong, we're halfway through the first quarter! How on track are you with your real estate goals? Come to Skull Mechanix Brewing on February 25th and network with other like-minded individuals that want to get closer to their real estate goals!

The purpose of this group is for investors to come together to network, learn from each other, and do deals. If you are interested in connecting with local multifamily investors, lenders, property managers, etc... come on down to Skull Mechanix and grab a pint with us. There is no fee to attend, and there will be absolutely ZERO pitching. This is a networking event for like-minded individuals looking to learn, grow, and support one another.

One of the greatest benefits of investing in real estate is getting to deal with people you actually like! What better way to see if you're compatible than by grabbing a pint and talking shop. Our meeting format is very loose, and a great way of getting to know your fellow investors.

I can't wait to see you all and have you join our growing group.

Please reach out if you have any questions!

Hey @Manmath D.

I joined J & G program in October 2018-ish and it was one of the best decisions I've made. Since joining I've closed on four multifamily deals with the fifth currently under contract.

One thing that drew me to their community was how genuine everyone is. There's not a lot of sugar coating, and they'll tell it like it is, but they also provide you with the education, framework, and community to make it happen. For me, having that coach and accountability was key, but the community is the biggest value.

I've been in the group for a little over a year now, and I've witnessed people from all different skill levels and backgrounds making it happen, and the common thread is they were engaged and ready to embrace the process, and then they took action.

I've found all my partner's through the community, and we've accomplished some pretty incredible things in a relatively short period of time. The J&G crew are some of the most well-meaning, go-giving, and motivating people I've experienced in this space.

Hopefully that was helpful, but if there's any specific questions I can answer about the program or my experience feel free to shoot a message my way.

-Nick

Wow, what a fantastic turnout at last month's meeting! I'm extremely grateful to all of you who came out and networked with your fellow Austin investors. If you haven't already, come check out our growing group of multifamily investors, grab a pint, and connect with like minded investors in your area.
