Hi my name is Tony I'm from Rochester ny and I work for CSX (railroad) as a welder doing maintenance on the tracks, it's a good job with great benefits so I really don't want to quit my job but I'm looking for a side business. I'm not sure if real estate is for me but before I jump in head first I would like to know some feed back about the matter.
