Hey everyone!

My name is Enmanuel Sanchez. Currently residing in the Orange Park\Jacksonville area and working in the Financial Services industry.  This is my first BP post but I have been learning and looking into real estate for some time now. Hoping to learn much more from the forum as well as connect with some local investors. My goal is to start investing in the multifamily side of the business with ideally low or no money down deals.
