New Dallas RE wholesaler
Hello all!!!! I'm Paula, and I'm a new RE wholesaler (find deals and get them under contact then assign them out or sell) in Dallas looking to learn everything I can, provide and accept good feedback, make good connections and grow in this industry.
As of currently, I'm trying to hit the ground running and find SFH, duplexes and triplexes around the DFW area. My goal is to get 4-5 deals done a month (within DFW metro, or anywhere in Texas), so if we can connect and help each other out, then shoot me a message :) happy connecting!!!

Hi Paula,
Welcome to the wonderful world of wholesaling.
I've been in this business for 17 years. Wholesaling is the core of our operation.
My advice:
1. Set aside money for a marketing budget. I suggest 3-6 months to start.
2. Develop a plan and stay consistent
3. Build your buyers list by networking a minimum of 2X a week.
Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
All the best!
