Hey Everybody!

My name is Ben and I am interested in getting into the residential rental business. I have helped a family member with 2 of his current rentals so I have a little bit of experience, however, I haven't ever been the main guy calling the shots. 

With that being said I would love to have a little bit of advice, if you are in the area that would be even better!
