its a single family. I'm assuming the "#1-6" is the months after the sale? can you tell me more about how that works? 

How do you all do deals? Do you use a professional? If so what do you gain by using a realtor? Is it worth the cost? 

So i have been looking for a property for quite some time now and recently found a place i like. I have the money to pay cash for it, however, i'm wondering if that is the right thing to do. 

How do you go about buying properties in terms of cash and credit. My goal is to use my cash but never actually spend it...i'm not sure how to do that though. Some guidance would be extremely helpful please!?!

Hey Everybody!

My name is Ben and I am interested in getting into the residential rental business. I have helped a family member with 2 of his current rentals so I have a little bit of experience, however, I haven't ever been the main guy calling the shots. 

With that being said I would love to have a little bit of advice, if you are in the area that would be even better!
