Good evening! Excited to find this group and sharing with like-minded people. My husband and I are looking to get back into this now that the kids are grown. Did our first flip just before the crash and broke even. Learned a lot and now ready to learn A LOT more to improve upon. Would love to network and find a mentor or 2.
