Builder from Long Island

My name is Kevin Myhre.  I am a builder from Long Island, New York.  After joining My Boys Contracting, the family business, with my brother and father I knew building was my calling.  Watching my father build spec houses over the years throughout Long Island it was amazing to see what these houses would sell for.  Now that my brother and I have the necessary knowledge and funding we are starting our real estate investing/rehab careers along side our construction company.  We are looking for a real estate agent who deals primarily with short sales, wholesaling, and/or foreclosures (cash deals).  Any advice or leads would be helpful too.  Thanks BP community!
