Hi Suzie! Thanks for introducing yourself to the BP community. You can find a ton of invaluable information on this site. Check out the Guides under the "Education" tab. There is one called the Ultimate Beginner's Guide. It is a great place to start.

The first step is to decide on what type of investing you want to focus on. The guide should help to give you a better idea of what type of investing may be best suited for you. Then you can take a deeper look into that strategy to make sure. There are 3 guides under the Education tab that go into specific detail in regards to the 3 most common methods of investing: Wholesaling, house flipping and buying rentals.

There are many podcasts and blog posts to further your education in these areas as well.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out.
