Hello there,

Husband and I are small investor, it started in 2008 when we purchased bigger house for us and we decided to kept our previous home as rental home then we added a few ,taking advantage our credit score don't we not :). I am glad i found this website to be able to connect a lot of investors here from newbie like us to the professional one. Due to lacking connection and resources regarding law, legal advises, and any other issues about renting and investing, I am hoping i can find more guidance and good information here. Thank you.
