Hello, Just taking a moment to introduce myself to the community. My name is Laurie and I just signed up with BiggerPockets yesterday. I live in Tulsa, OK but am originally from CA. I’m new to Real Estate Investing, and am ready to step out and do my very first deal... I’ve been studying long enough. Probably the best way to learn is to just get out there and DO it. I only hope I don’t fall flat on my face as I am a bit shaky, but never the less there is always a starting point, and this is mine. I’ve been advised to begin with Wholesaling and I think that’s good advice. So, here I go. I may need some advice from time to time and I hope you won’t mind my asking. I look forward to the day when I too am able to be on the giving of advice side of this community. I hope that my association within this community will grant me not only helpful guidance & good sound advice, possibly some business associates, but also perhaps at least a few lasting friendships as well.
