Hi All,

I am from Sydeny, Australia. Full time property developer and real estate agent.

Currently, we have AUS$25M Property development projects under our umbrella. and now looking in to USA market. (yeh, bit late, i know).

Travelling to USA in last week of march and april. I have few meeting lined up in Atlanta, Charlotte, Panama city, Tampa. 

What we are a looking for:

Blue collar area

Higher NET (or +++) yield

Room for Future Growth

Deal to create our own Growth (Rehab /Rent)

(I am sure most of you on this forum may have deal requirement list)

Any help would be great!
