Hello Bigger Pockets community, 

My name is Felicity(Fe) Hendricks.  I'm very happy to have found this comunity.  

I am a software engineer who is trying hard to get out of high tech and into real estate investment.  I have been fortunate to be able to acquire a couple of small single-family rentals in the past 5 years and they are doing well.  My next goal, I hope to exchange the rentals and roll the money into a small apartment complex.  

I am looking forward to meet everyone, seek your advise and learn from your experience to get to my next goal.
