I'm a newbie just starting out in real estate investing. I'm currently interested in learning as much as I can while I build some equity and get my financials in order.  I purchased my first home in 2014 and will be using my equity and some savings to invest in another single family home.

My goals are to ultimately grow an investment company that will allow me to have financial freedom. Right now I'm focusing on learning about single family homes to buy and hold as well as buy and flip. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I hope I can learn some valuable information from other inverters that have much more experience.
