Hello Everyone,

I'm so thankful to have found the BP website and podcast a few months ago. It is absolutely amazing. I feel as if I have learned so much from member posts and the interviews. Thank You!

SO,  the plan is to "take action" this year by purchasing a single family home to rent in the DFW metroplex. I'm planning to go to the Tarrant county auction this week to observe the process and maybe meet other investors in my area. Not sure what to expect at all so any info would be greatly appreciated. I am also interested in connecting with anyone who plans to attend as well.

Thanks in advance
