Oh man! Am i excited to get to know you guys. I read some posts on here and you guys seem to be very helpful. I'm glad I found this website.

My name is Walter. I'm from the Waco, TX area where fixer upper is film and they actually do a lot of flipping themselves or their companies do.

Well my goal is to become a successful investor in the real estate nothing too crazy just enough to take care of my family and emergencies if any were to occur. While also reviving the city of Waco and its surrounding areas and having fun doing it.
