Hello! I have been an investor in central Indiana since 1997. As a real estate broker and owner of Keller Williams Realty in Carmel, I have also helped my clients find great properties to fix and flip. These days, I'm spending the majority of my time looking for deals to add to my personal portfolio. I am most interested in REO's and non performing notes. I can buy in bulk or in one-offs.
