I am 43 and have been reading about real estate investing for far too many years. I am at a point in my life where I have to do this ESPECIALLY in todays market. I've learned a lot, or so I think, just haven't applied the knowledge yet and frankly I am still fearful. Any seasoned veterans out there with good suggestions and maybe even some good hookups as far as financing projects?
