I'm in San Diego for the next couple of months, and I'd like to sweep your floor, walk your dog, organize your rock collection according to Rockwell rating, or whatever else it may be that you require in exchange for an honest intro-mentor relationship in the area of Wholesale-Investing.

Kidding aside, I am a full-time student, at a nationally accredited school, an extreme self-starter, and I work part-time (for myself) as a traveling entertainer. (Full-time for several years until I went back to school.) I want to learn the ropes, and I learn best by immersion. I am willing to work in whatever capacity is reasonable to both parties in order to gain this education. 

You all invented the wheel; it isn't my place to complicate my journey, and tie up deals which you could have closed, by wandering around your market pretending to know what I'm doing for something as useless as my ego!

This is a genuine proposal, and I know that I will be a valued asset to someone within a week's time. Why shouldn't that be your team?

I don't recall anything in my life, worth doing, that I have done without wise counsel. Frankly, I don't know of any great accomplishment of humankind done without such! So, I look forward to digging deep for my dreams by lifting you up to reach your own!

Hello All,

My name is Joey Ashley, and I am a non-trad-student at Indiana University, as well as a new, and blissfully-ignorant RE investor.

Firstly, I'd like to thank all of you, as I have been stalking the forums for several months, and I have learned so much from all of you. I am at that point in my RE career, where it is time to move. I have partnered with established mentors, and I thought it was high-time that I introduce myself here.

Thank you for being such an invaluable resource in getting me started, and no doubt keeping me going in the future. This is really an extraordinary community! Thank you all!

Hi, I am relatively new to investing in RE, even newer to the BP community, and I am blessed to have incredible partners who are anything but! We are looking for rehabs, and buy and holds in the Miami area. I am tasked with finding an investor-friendly agent to partner with in order to gain insight and locate potential deals in the market. Our prior experience is in Northern and Southern CA, as well as NV. However, as regulations in CA continue to push us more toward new construction, and further from our comfort zone, we are opting to move in Florida! 

We are looking for Agents to partner with over the long haul, provided we are all a good fit with one another. Many of the agents who have introduced themselves here, fail to include contact info. So, I am reaching out now!
