Thank you for making me feel welcomed into BP Cleveland Area! I just bought a duplex in Cleveland Ohio right on Almira for 61.5k I'm very excited Bc it's roughly 18% cap rate for my first investment! I am currently looking to move in and the refia into conventional so I may move out! I also am enlisted in the military. If you have any properties that are distressed I'd be happy to take a look at them. I also looking to purchase a apartment complex sometime soon!
